    Vintage Robert L. Dickey Signed Ink Blotter with Boston Terrier Dogs "Oooh! Wait till Ma Sees You!" , from Murkland's Fine Footwear Beloit, Wisconsin.  This ink blotter measures 6" x 3 1/2".  It does have wear around the edges and some light staining in the bottom right corner.  A neat old ink blotter to add to your collection!
